Since Lansweeper works with the netbios name of the computer, it fails when it tries to ping the computer and we aren't able to deploy software or really use Lansweeper with it at all. The issue is all wireless devices in the workgroup can't be pinged by their netbios name, but work fine when pinged by their IP address. The entire company is on a workgroup and we've been trying to figure out how to use Lansweeper to deploy software to groups of computers. I work at a company that has 250+ users, and my boss purchased Lansweeper to help with asset management.
